Free Ways To Spread The Word That You’re Hiring On LinkedIn

As the founder of an on-demand RPO, it’s certainly in my best interest to get you enthusiastic about working with our talent sourcing and recruitment specialists. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out some of the free ways to get the word out that your company is hiring.

Some tips from the LinkedIn talent blog

☑️ Take advantage of LinkedIn’s new feature where you can choose a #Hiring photo frame for your profile photo.

☑️ Post about open roles with the hashtag #Hiring as well.

☑️ Look for another new feature that’s being rolled out on LinkedIn right now allowing small and medium businesses to post job openings for free.

That last one is huge. LinkedIn job slots have historically been in the $350+ range. My advice is to reinvest those savings into a job fit and selection tool like PXT Select, and take the guesswork out of great hiring.
